Our Commitment:

We are getting all our flowers four times per week directly from Holland, South America, Africa and local growers. Occasionally, it's challenging to discern if they've been held by growers for an extended period. Your understanding and feedback upon receiving your flowers are greatly appreciated.

For enduringly beautiful flowers, upon delivery, please ensure to replenish fresh water as spillage may occur during transit. To prolong the blooms' lifespan, change the water daily and periodically trim the stems. It's advisable to keep the flowers away from heat sources and separate from fruits.

Typically, our flowers last between 3 to 5 days, although some varieties may have a shorter lifespan due to their perishable nature. Our designs intentionally incorporate both open and closed blooms, allowing you to savor their beauty over several days. Removing fading blossoms helps maintain the freshness of the remaining flowers.

Regarding Orchid Plants:

Our orchid plants are expected to thrive for approximately 3-4 weeks. Administer one shot glass of water per week to your orchid (per stem). It should reside in a well-lit room, avoiding direct sunlight and excessive heat. Overwatering or exposing the plant to cold temperatures should be avoided. If your orchid doesn't flourish for the expected duration, please email us a photo at info@arugulatango.com.
