Delivery Policies

All orders for same day delivery must be placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time, but we can often handle last minute requests, call for more info 203.273.8993

NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAYS

Most residential orders are eligible for our same day flower delivery service, ensuring prompt arrival of opulent flowers in Norwalk, CT. Deliveries are typically completed by 6 PM, but if you require an earlier time, kindly inform us, and we will strive to accommodate your request.

Please note that the health and safety of our customers remain our top priority. In light of current circumstances, we do not require a signature for delivery. Residential orders will be left at the front door to uphold social distancing measures.

For private residences without a doorman, we kindly request you to contact the recipient to ensure their presence at the delivery address. In the event that the recipient is not home, we will leave the flowers at the residence and mark the delivery as completed.

Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS in cases where an incorrect address was provided, the recipient is unavailable at home or the office, or if they do not answer the phone.

Please don’t put your cell phone number as the recipients, as it is difficult to get in touch with them for deliveries.
